Hungarian Ski-O Championships 2003

Hungarian Orienteering Federation will organize a ski-orienteering weekend at 8^th and 9^th of February 2003 in Galyatető (Mátra Mountains)

Date: Saturday 08.02.2003. meeting time: 09-12 am.

Sunday 09.02.2003. meeting time: 08-09 am.

Meeting point/event center: Galyatető Biathlon Centrum (Azilum Restaurant) North-east from Budapest appr. 100km.

First start: Saturday: 13:00 - Relay (2x2 persons)

Sunday: 11:00 - Long distance, Sprint distance

Map: Ski-orienteering map (summer 2002) 1. day 1: 7 500/10m, 2. day 1:10 000/10m

Classes:

Relay: MW 14, 18, 21 and in senior classes MW 80, 90 (total age, both runners with a minimum

age of 35 years)

Long d.: MW 16, 18, 21,

Sprint d.: MW 14, 35, 40, 45, 50, open.

Entry fee:

Relay:

M/W 18- : 3600 HUF ~ 15 EUR

M/W –16: 1500 HUF ~ 6.25 EUR

Individual:

M/W 18- : 2000 HUF ~ 8.3 EUR

M/W –16: 1000 HUF ~ 4.2 EUR

Open: 400 HUF ~ 1.7 EUR

Entry term: 28. January 2003

Accommodation: Youth Hostel: 1750 HUF in Mátrafüred or in Galyatető Hotel Hunguest** 3900-4800 HUF / pax. with breakfast.

On the individual competitions electronic punching system (SportIdent) will be used.
