Preliminary course details

Entry fees:

HUF  2 000 (EUR 8,00) / day
M14, W14, M16, W16 and open: HUF  1 000 (EUR 4,00) / day

Night event: HUF 500 (EUR 2,00)

Cross-country: HUF 500 (EUR 2,00)

Closing date:

29 January 2004, Thursday (extended!)

Entries for the previous date are valid or can be modified until closing date.
Entries received until closing date get 10% discount.
On the day registrations are accepted only to vacancies with 20% surcharge (except night event and open class).

Maps:

Ski-O maps, surveyed in 2003. Ski tracks prepared by grooming machine and ski-doo.

Punching system:

SPORTident, SI card rental: HUF 200 (EUR 0,80) / day, lost SI card: HUF  6 000 (EUR 24,00) extra charge.

Prizes:

Certificate and prize for the first 3 place winners in each class. Medal for the first 3 Hungarian citizens in the championship classes.

Accommodation:

"A" category: Hotel 4*, HUF  6 000 - 9 000 / person / night, 20-25 km from the competition area

"B" category: Pensions, HUF  2 000 - 5 000 / person / night, in and around Eplény

"C" category: Dormitory rooms, HUF  1 000 - 1 500 / person / night, in Veszprém or Balatonfűzfő.

Others:

The event is open for everyone.
All competitors participate at their own risk. Insurance against accidents shall be their responsibility.
